Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer exchanges or returns.
Shipping Info:
Each order will be shipped via FedEx and a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for damaged packages in transit, undelivered or incorrect addresses. Tribe Gypsy is not responsible for damaged packages/merchandise. It will be the buyers responsibility for any return shipping on damaged merchandise through transit. If an order is shipped to the incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred (return shipment to Tribe Gypsy, and shipped back to correct address).
